Lee Mi-rim became the second South Korean golfer to win two titles this year on the LPGA Tour Sunday.

(Yonhap) — South Korea’s Lee Mi-rim picked up her second LPGA Tour win of 2014 in Beijing on Sunday, coming from behind to take the Reignwood LPGA Classic.

The 23-year-old rookie shot a final round of 4-under 69 on Sunday for the four-round total of 15-under 277, edging out Caroline Hedwall by two shots.

Lee picked up five birdies against one bogey on the par-73 Reignwood Pine Valley Golf Club in the Chinese capital.

Lee played four seasons on the Korean LPGA Tour before making her U.S. tour debut this year. She earned her maiden victory in August at the Meijer LPGA Classic.

Lee began the final round in a tie for third, two strokes behind co-leaders, Hedwall and Stacy Lewis. Playing in the final group with the two, Lee had three birdies on the front nine and finished the day with her fifth birdie on the par-5 18th.

Lee is one of five South Koreans to win on the tour this year. She and world No. 2 Park In-bee have won twice.

Hedwall shot an even-par 73 on Sunday to finish second at 13-under. Park and Kang Hae-ji, another South Korean, were tied for third at 12-under.

There were three more South Koreans in the top 10: Lee Mi-hyang tied for sixth at 11-under; Lee Il-hee ended in eighth at 10-under and Chella Choi was in sole possession of 10th place at 9-under.

The LPGA Tour is going through its annual Asian swing, and will next visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and then Incheon, South Korea.
