BTS’ ‘MIC Drop’ remix surpasses 300 mln YouTube views

The official music video for the “MIC Drop” remix from BTS exceeded 300 million views on YouTube on Thursday evening, making it the fifth video by the K-pop sensation to pass the threshold, according to Big Hit Entertainment, which manages the group.

The song, originally released in September last year on the album “Love Yourself: Her,” was released again in November as a remix by Steve Aoki. The remix later debuted on the Billboard main singles chart Hot 100 at No. 28, the highest ranking for a K-pop act at that time.

Including this track, the group now has five videos that have reached 300 million views, and one of them, “DNA,” has achieved 400 million. BTS also has four videos that have between 200 million and 300 million views.
