Lentil sales have soared since singer Lee Hyo-ri’s personal blog revealed they were on her breakfast menu.

Lentils ― regarded as a “superfood” ― are one of the best sources of protein, vitamins and fiber. They also are low in calories.

Lentil imports hit 12.7 billion won ($11.6 million) last year, compared with 302 million won ($275,000) the year before, according to Korea Customs Service trade statistics.

The unfamiliar legume gained popularity after it was mentioned on the famous singer’s blog last May.

Lentil recipes have flooded the web, sending the trendy health product viral.

“Super-grains such as lentil beans were unfamiliar as they are not used in traditional Korean meals,” Emart grain buyer Ryu Hye-ryung said. “However, more customers are looking for super-grains as their interest in health grows.”

yes..I like the basic concepts behind Second Life but it seems incredibly outdated and when I played it was intensely non-intuitive / user friendly to an extent that made EVE look like a game for toddlers. thanks from
