Korean comedian and broadcaster No Hong-chul was caught drunk driving Saturday in Korea, YTN reported.

No, 35, was caught drunk driving by Gangnam police in Seoul around midnight, police said.

He tested positive for DUI upon a simple first test.

No is still under investigation until a second test — a blood sample sent to Korea’s National Forensic Service — arrives with a result, police said.

No is a popular face on Korean television, most notably for his appearance on MBC’s “Infinite Challenge.”

Update: According to Yonhap News Agency, No did not take a first test but denied it, opting instead for the second blood test.

“He was not drunk, but he did smell of alcohol,” a police source said. “As soon as the blood results come back, we plan on calling him in for an investigation and taking appropriate measures.”
