Identified only as 27-year-old Park, the manager reportedy failed to reach an agreement with the families of the deceased, according to Yonhap.

On Sept. 3, Park was driving a van near Youngdong Expressway carrying the four members of Ladies’ Code, as well as two staff, when the car crashed into a protective wall on rainy roads and killed 21-year-old Go. Kwon, 23, was taken to the hospital but died days later.

Stupid sentencing. Unless they sentence everyone to jail for speeding, this is retarded. Slso, he didn’t mean to kill anyone, snd I’m sure he has learned a lesson without going to jail. His life would be better used for a year doing community service and telling people not to speed. Throwing him in jail does nothing for society and taxes society for taking care of him while he is in jail.
