Jun Ji-hyun is pregnant with her first child

Jun Ji-hyun, 34, is pregnant, her agency announced Wednesday.

The top actress — who made waves last year for her turn as endearingly narcissistic Cheon Song-yi in the explosively popular television drama “Man From Another Star” — is expected to give birth early next year, Yonhap reported. This will be her first child after tying the knot with Choi Joon-hyuk, 34, the son of a fashion designer, three years ago.

According to agency Culture Deport, she is in her 10th week.

Jun’s latest projects have all proved successful, in both film and TV, from “The Thieves” to “The Berlin File.” Her most recent work, “Assassination,” was released Wednesday.
