Starbucks tops list as S. Korean’s favorite coffee: report

Koreans’ most-beloved coffee chain is Starbucks, according to a survey.

In polling agency Realmeter’s survey, Starbucks topped the list, earning 16.5 percent of votes.

Next were Ediya (9.4 percent), Caffe Bene (7.6 percent), Angel-in-us (7 percent) and Paik’s Coffee (5.4 percent).

Starbucks was mostly favored by people in their 20s and 30s. Those in their 40s tended to prefer cheaper alternatives, with 16.6 percent opting for Ediya.

Caffe Bene was popular among people in their 50s (10.7 percent), but did not get a single vote from those in their 20s.

Meanwhile, Paik’s Coffee, a chain belonging to chef and entertainer Baek Jong-won, was in demand among coffee drinkers in their 20s due to large volumes offered at low prices.

    yes..I like the basic concepts behind Second Life but it seems incredibly outdated and when I played it was intensely non-intuitive / user friendly to an extent that made EVE look like a game for toddlers. thanks from
