Composer Joo Young-hoon, 45, is looking to file a lawsuit against American singer Meghan Trainor for plagiarism, Yonhap reported.

The song in question is Trainor’s “All About That Bass,” which is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 but being accused by Joo of plagiarizing K-pop group Koyote’s “Happy Mode,” which he composed in 2006.

“Joo Young-hoon plans to begin proceedings for a lawsuit after hiring an American attorney through a South Korean law firm,” a source from Joo’s management company said. “We’re also waiting for an answer from Trainor’s side [in regards to the matter].”

Trainor and Kevin Paul Kadish are listed as songwriters of “All About That Bass,” according to the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.
