Don’t forget to “spring forward.”

You’ll lose one hour of sleep, but go home to more hours of sunlight after work or school.

At 2 a.m. on Mar. 13, daylight saving time will officially start. Most of your digital devices — smartphones, tablets, computers — will automatically change, but you’ll have to manually adjust analog wall clock, bedside alarm and so on, before you go to bed Saturday night.

Not everyone in the U.S. observes the change though. Hawaii, much of Arizona and the majority of U.S. island territories are not affected.
