Texas Rangers outfielder Choo Shin-soo had to leave after just two innings during the team’s home opener on Friday against the Houston Astros.

Choo was cited as having back spasms and was replaced with Jake Smolinski.

He had one at-bat and struck out.

The Rangers are calling him day-to-day until they find more information on the injury.
