A road rage incident in Alhambra involving a baseball bat and a machete ended in three arrests Tuesday.

Alhambra police arrested Yoon Hong-ki, 51, and Jose Enrique Guido, 34, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, reported the Pasadena Star-News.

Police also arrested Christina Estrada, 29, for resisting and battery on a police officer, police said.

Yoon and Enrique allegedly tried attacking each other after one of them cut the other off while driving northbound to Monterey Park.

The two men began fighting with words while driving. Estrada threw a cup of soda at Yoon’s car, and they eventually stopped to get out of their cars, Yoon equipped with a baseball bat and Guido with a machete.

There were no injuries, and both surrendered peacefully to police, who held them at gunpoint.

All three are being held in custody, with Guido — who already has outstanding warrants — held on $82,000 bail, Yoon on $30,000 and Estrada on $20,000.
