The radio voice, “American Idol” host and producer/host of  ”Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” will be one of 54 members of the museum’s board.

Other members named today were Nicole Avant, U.S. ambassador to the Bahamas; Anne Emerich Palmer, an art collector and child/family therapist; and Ann Ziff, chair of the Metropolitan Opera in New York and board vice chair for the Lincoln Center.

“Each of these trustees bring new talents and depth to the board of rustees, at a time of great momentum for LACMA,” according to LACMA board co-chair Andrew Gordon.
