The Korea Society, a New York-based nonprofit promoting understanding between Korea and the United States, invited Mokbar owner and chef Esther Choi for a talk on a Korean cuisine program Thursday.

Mokbar is a Chelsea Market restaurant that offers Korean-style ramen with Japanese noodles.
