San Francisco’s Korean Education Center is offering free lectures for hopeful Korean language teachers looking to get their certification until Aug. 29.

Fifteen people attended a lecture Saturday taught by Stanford University Korean language lecturer Kim Hee-sun on teaching Korean as a foreign language.

Lectures cover basics on teaching a foreign language and verbal and nonverbal behavior.
