The latest Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York is loaded with Korean designers.

The ninth edition of ‘Concept Korea’ will take place at the Lincoln Center, as part of the New York Fashion Week, which will be held at various venues throughout the city on Feb. 6-13.

Since 2009, the ministry and its subsidiary Korea Creative Contents Agency has jointly organized the Concept Korea show in an effort to raise global awareness of Korean fashion and support their inroads into overseas markets.

Their fall-winter 2014 runway show, scheduled for 3 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, February 11, at Salon, will be held under the theme “Aspire to Inspire,” showcasing distinctive pieces by the four designers – Ko Tae-yong (Beyond Closet), Park Youn-soo (Big Park), Lee Suk-tae (KAAL E. SUKTAE) and Choi Bo-ko (CHOIBOKO).

New York native Richard Chai, Marissa Webb, Lee Jean Youn, Son Jung Wan, Park Choonmoo, Lie Sang Bong will also showcase their work during this fashion week.
