Couple arrested for having sex on top of Chipotle restaurant in Delaware

A couple in Delaware was arrested for having sex on the roof of Chipotle, a popular Mexican restaurant chain, police said.

Authorities said they responded to multiple reports and found the defendants, Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, having sex at “the very front of the Chipotle building.”

“The officer advised them to stop and they continued for approximately 15- 20 seconds before stopping,” the department said in a statement.

When the officer tried to arrest them, the two fled into an apartment. They were found there and charged with resisting arrest, lewdness,indecent exposure, loitering and conspiracy.
