SEOUL, Jan. 18 (Yonhap) — K-pop group BTS has been on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the seventh week in a row with “Mic Drop.”

“Mic Drop,” featuring hip-hop artist Desiigner and remixed by Steve Aoki, ranked No. 74 on Billboard’s main chart for the week of Jan. 20, according to Billboard’s website Wednesday (U.S. time).

Although the song fell eight spots from the previous week, BTS became the longest-lasting K-pop act on the Billboard chart.

The song, originally released in September on the album “Love Yourself: Her,” was rereleased as a remix Nov. 24. It debuted on the Hot 100 at No. 28 in early December.

The album took 75th place on the Billboard 200 this week, remaining on the main album chart for the 14th consecutive week.
